Refund Policy

We want billing to be simple and fair. Here's how refunds work at Velora.

Free trial

Your 2-day trial is free. Cancel before it ends from Account, then Manage billing, and you won't be charged anything.

Monthly membership

• Membership payments are non-refundable, including payments made when you choose to end your trial early with Pay now.
• You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We don't give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

Lead Finder search packs

Search packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable once any search from the pack has been used. Unused searches have no cash value.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, email velora@jordan.com within 14 days and we'll fix it and refund the error.

Before disputing a charge

Please contact us first at velora@jordan.com. We usually respond within 2 business days and can often sort things out faster than a bank dispute. Accounts with chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is open.

Exceptions

Anything we refund outside this policy is at our discretion and doesn't change the policy for future charges.
