This policy explains what information VELORA ("Velora," "we") collects when you use Velora, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and your password, which is stored scrambled (hashed) so nobody, including us, can read it.
• Membership and payments: your plan, trial and billing status, and purchase history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• How you use Velora: things like course progress, the products you check, leads you find, your Velora Mentor conversations, and daily usage counts.
• Technical info: basic data your browser sends, like IP address and device type, used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To run your account and membership, and give you access to the tools and course
• To process payments, prevent fraud and account sharing, and enforce fair-use limits
• To send account emails, such as password resets and billing notices
• To improve Velora

We don't sell your personal information.

Services we use

We share only what's needed with these providers to run Velora:

• Stripe: payments and billing
• Vercel: website hosting
• Upstash: database storage for accounts and leads
• Anthropic: powers Velora Mentor; your messages to the Mentor are sent to generate replies
• Keepa: product data (we send product ASINs, not your personal info)
• Resend: sends account emails
• YouTube: hosts course videos, which load from YouTube when you play them

Storage on your device

Velora saves a few things in your browser, such as your login session, course progress and tool settings. We don't use advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open, and afterward only as long as needed for legal, tax or fraud-prevention reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete your personal information by emailing velora@jordan.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

Children

Velora is for adults 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
